Nursing Supervisor

Job Description
Staff Management:
- Training, and onboarding new nursing staff.
- Scheduling shifts and assigning nurses to patients.
- Evaluating staff performance, providing feedback, and addressing deficiencies.
- Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to the nursing team.
Patient Care Oversight:
- Monitoring and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care.
- Coordinating patient treatment plans with other healthcare professionals.
- Acting as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Operational Management:
- Managing departmental budgets, resources, and supplies.
- Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
Leadership & Communication:
- Communicating effectively with staff, doctors, administrators, and patients’ families.
- Participating in strategic planning and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Resolving escalated issues and complaints from staff or patients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is typically required, with 5-6 Years experience
Clinical Experience: Significant direct clinical experience as a registered nurse.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a nursing team.
Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, resources, and schedules effectively.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations: A strong understanding of healthcare laws, compliance, and best practices. Experience in Nursing Procedures & ICU, NABH, HIC Practices & Interested to work in rotation shifts
