Water

Surprisingly water has a big part in keeping your skin healthy. Drinking water adequately is one of the best things you can do for your skin. Water keeps your skin moist and makes all those fine lines and wrinkles disappear. Enough of water means your skin can get rid of toxins properly and keep the cells flush with nutrients. Water also helps in maintaining blood formal regular. All this makes your skin glowing and healthy. Apart from regular water, the water content in fruits, vegetables, milk etc also counts towards total intake of liquids.
