  • Having a continuous thinking of danger and panic

  • Sweating and trembling

  • Trouble concentrating and sleeping
  • Gastrointestinal (GI) problems
  • Having difficulty controlling worry

How to cope up with anxiety

Whenever you feel the following symptoms try to relax and drink water, this is the first step to do when you feel anxiety.

Take deep breaths that you perform 10 cycles on inhale and exhale

The next step is to feel the reality. If you feel that your anxiety is from your past trauma, you must tender your thoughts to realise that past is past. This practise of tendering the thoughts of trauma in the long run can help anxiety disappear permanently too

The next is to find relaxation.Whenever you feel anxiety, do any activity that will make you feel relaxed in your daily life, like listening to music or eating your favorite food. This will render full shot calmness to you

After the anxiety has suppressed don't rush back to stressful work, take your time until your body is feeling entirely relaxed.

These are the steps that we all can do to get immediate relief from anxiety.

  1. If you are not able to get out of the feeling of anxiety and if it is 
  2. Interfering your work, relationships and other parts of your life
  3. Resulting in a physical health problem
  4. Giving negative thoughts and suicidal impulses
